Short Kings is provided by Andreas Katsiamides, trading as Midas Saketi. Our Google Play developer name is Midas Saketi Games, and our studio website uses the name Midas Saketi Studios. Andreas Katsiamides is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers the current offline Android edition of Short Kings and related support enquiries. It does not describe the separate browser edition or other software products.
The game stores progress, settings, inventory, match information and gameplay choices on your device so you can play and resume your progress. You do not need to create an account or provide your name or email address to play.
The current Android edition does not send gameplay information to us. It does not include gameplay analytics, advertising SDKs or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera or microphone.
If you choose to share your player image, the game creates an image containing your player's appearance and any achievements shown. It stores a temporary copy in its private cache and opens Android's sharing menu.
You choose which app receives the image. We do not upload it to our servers. The receiving app or service handles the image under its own privacy policy. Deleting a local image does not delete copies you have already shared.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this information to answer your enquiry, provide support and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Google, our email provider, processes correspondence to deliver its email service. Contacting support does not subscribe you to marketing.
Game progress remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game. To delete it, open Android Settings, select Apps, then Short Kings, then Storage and Clear data. Menu names may vary. This permanently removes local progress, which we cannot recover or delete remotely.
Temporary sharing images older than 24 hours are removed when you create another share. You can also clear the app's cache through Android Settings. Copies shared with other services must be managed through those services.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, deal with related follow-up or disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion; we will explain if any information must be retained and why.
We plan to introduce optional gameplay analytics to understand player behaviour and choices, improve controls and tutorials, balance gameplay and guide future development. Analytics is not active in the current Android edition.
We also plan to introduce optional in-app purchases. These are not currently available, and the current game does not collect payment information.
Before introducing either feature, we will update this policy and relevant store disclosures to explain the information processed, service providers, retention periods and available controls. We will provide any required notices and obtain consent where required. This policy does not give advance consent to future data collection.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and address misuse.
Local game data is held in app-private storage. No device or communication system is completely secure. Google Play and any services you choose for sharing process information under their own privacy policies.
Email services may process correspondence outside the UK. Where applicable, international transfers must be covered by the protections required by UK data protection law. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your enquiry.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and providing support, and on legal obligations where necessary to handle statutory requests or retain required records.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority.
The current offline Android edition does not transmit children's gameplay information to us. A parent or guardian with concerns about information supplied through a support enquiry can contact us using the email above.
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide notice before new processing begins.
